Season Opening Concert at VIDAMAR
The Special Concerts of the Orquestra de Bandolins da Madeira | Madeira Mandolin Orchestra® are an annual program that has been developed over the last 25 years.
A carefull, ambitious and thoughtful artistic proposal, with an integrated and integral design.
Its organization deals with a unique interpretation of the great works of the musical literature of composers and creators, such as Kètèlbey, Vivaldi, Ponchieli, Strauss, among others, joining the sound of the mandolins of each one of the performers of the young and dedicated musicians of the Madeira Mandolin Orchestra and the lyrical voices of the well-known guests of the Orchestra.
This program makes this orchestra the only mandolin orchestra in Madeira with a high artistic level throughout the year.

The VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira is located in the heart of Funchal, on the Estrada Monumental, a very touristic area.
With 396 seats, the “Sunrise” Auditorium is a modern and comfortable room that allows you to enjoy the most varied events, located inside the Congress Center of the VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira.
In the area of video and audio, it has state-of-the-art technological equipment and is equipped with a conference/translation system, with capacity for five speakers. Thinking on the comfort and convenience, it is also equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
