The Orquestra de Bandolins da Madeira | Madeira Mandolin Orchestra® 2019/2020 Season will continue to sing in November, December and January 2020 with the scheduled dates for the Weekly Concerts and Special Concerts. The concerts will remain at the Orchestra’s new home: the beautiful “Sunrise” Auditorium at VidaMar Resort Hotel Madeira (Congress Centre).

For these months, the main novelty lies in the transition of the weekly concerts from wednesdays to fridays. An innovation in organizing the cultural agenda to make an even more special evening, with a varied program of classical music to the sound of mandolins for the weekend’s entry.

In the context of the Special Concerts, in the countdown to the Christmas and New Year 2019 festivities in Madeira, two Orchestra Special Concerts are already scheduled, which promise to beautify this festivity, which itself is a tradition for both Orquestra de Bandolins da Madeira | Madeira Mandolin Orchestra® as for Madeira Island. For these Special Concerts, a special classic program will be adevised that will unite the traditional sounds of the Orchestra mandolins with the voices of well-known orchestral singers and will be presented over the next few days.
